Jenn Raleigh began teaching dance and fitness in 1997 after earning a BA in Dance from Columbia College, Chicago. Before coming to Manhattan Park District, Jenn was the head dance teach and Dance Coordinator for Oak Lawn Park District. She also taught at the Beverly Arts Center, Morgan Park Academy, Elite Dance Studio, and has done dance and fitness supplemental training for figure skaters and gymnasts. Jenn has also been teaching Pilates, Yoga, and Barre since 1998 in a variety of settings including Lifetime Fitness, Pure Barre Studios, Exxon Mobile corporate classes, Lewis University, Tinley Park Park District, and Lincoln-Way East supplemental training for Cross Country and Track. This will be Jenn’s 11th season with the Manhattan Park District.
Joe Regan is the Fitness Manager at Fitness Premier Manhattan. His main passion is sports, conditioning and getting the highest performance out of his clients. He has been involved in football in some capacity his entire life as a player and a coach and is now an IHSA official. Joe’s passion for fitness has led him to run more than 30 5k races, three half marathons, two duathlons, more than 100 miles for St. Jude’s, and the Chicago Marathon. For the past 8 years, Joe has helped others grab hold of their health and fitness to achieve their goals.
Heidi has been a Zumba instructor for 6 years and she is excited to share the love of fitness and fun with her students. She was raised with Latin foods and music and enjoys dancing & cooking. Heidi lives life to the fullest and is thankful for her health, family, and students and hopes to continue to make people feel happy and healthy.
Arlene Santiago is a mom of three and a Health Transformation Coach who helps bring those who struggle with time management and low energy to a life of confidence and vitality. Arlene also helps those over the age of 50 who want to prevent injury and improve balance and mobility.
